1. About Us
Welcome to FlipBox. These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through our website.
2. Age Requirement
You must be 18 years or older to place an order with FlipBox. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. Products
We sell physical products including 3D-printed products, collectible items and other products offered through our website.
3D-printed products may show minor variations in colour, finish or appearance due to photography, lighting, screen settings and the nature of the 3D-printing process. These variations do not necessarily indicate a fault.
4. Product Information and Pricing
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images and prices are accurate.
Prices may be changed at any time before an order is placed. If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we may contact you to correct the error or, where appropriate, cancel the affected order and provide a refund.
The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at checkout, subject to any obvious error.
5. Orders and Cancellation by FlipBox
An order is subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to cancel an order where there is a genuine reason to do so, including stock or listing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, payment issues or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the payment will be refunded.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
6. Delivery
Delivery within the UK is handled in accordance with our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
Once an order has been handed to the relevant delivery provider, delays caused by the carrier are outside our direct control. We will, however, provide reasonable assistance in dealing with delivery problems.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
7. Returns and Refunds
Our Returns and Refunds Policy applies to returns, cancellations and refunds.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under UK consumer law.
8. Intellectual Property
All original designs, artwork, photographs, graphics, product designs, text and other content created or owned by FlipBox remain our intellectual property unless stated otherwise.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, upload, resell or commercially use our original designs, photographs, artwork or other content without our prior written permission.
9. Use of Products
Products must be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions or information supplied with the product.
FlipBox is not responsible for damage or loss resulting from misuse, modification or improper use of a product.
This does not limit our legal responsibility for defective or unsafe products.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, FlipBox will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the purchase or use of our products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability relating to defective goods, death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
11. Events Outside Our Control
We will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including serious disruption to postal or delivery services, strikes, natural disasters, severe weather, supply-chain disruption, government restrictions or other similar events.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed and fulfil orders as soon as reasonably possible.
12. Digital Products
FlipBox may offer digital products in the future.
Where digital products are offered, additional information about delivery, downloads, permitted use and applicable cancellation rights will be provided at the time of purchase.
Any digital-content cancellation rights required by UK law will apply. For example, where applicable, customers must expressly agree to immediate downloading and acknowledge the effect this may have on their cancellation rights.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, business or legal requirements.
The Terms in force at the time of an order will apply to that order, unless a change is required by law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
15. Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. Our products will be supplied in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. Goods must, where applicable, be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
